Is there a free trial?
Yes — 7 days, so you can process your own footage before you decide.
When does the trial start?
The first time you sign in inside the Scrubjay app. Creating your account on the web is free and does not start the clock, so you can sign up now and install whenever it suits you — the full 7 days are still waiting.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No, zero payment details are collected during the free trial period. You only enter them later at checkout, if you choose to subscribe.
How do I subscribe?
Download Scrubjay for your platform and subscribe in-app. There is nothing to buy before you install.
Which sign-in provider should I use?
Whichever you prefer. Your account is your email address, not the provider, so signing up with Google and later signing in with Discord or Email lands you on the same account as long as both use that address.
Why is it called early adopter pricing?

What do early adopters get?
A direct channel in our Discord where you can share feedback, request features, and help guide the direction of development.
